Method: Small batch pot distillation. Single-barrel aged in a limited selection of 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels for five years, and finished with a dash of our finest 10-year-old rum.
Vision: Deep golden butterscotch
Aroma: Intricate nose of aromatic spice notes with little oak. Elements of deep toast with clean lifted molasses and caramel notes and a hint of citrus.
Flavour: Finery in a glass with a mouth feel that is thick and rich. Admirable weight with balanced warmth.
Serve: Enjoy on the rocks with a twist of lime
